These terms describe responsible use of Trellisy, including Points purchased through Paddle.

Your account

Keep your account access secure and provide accurate information when using account features.

Your content

You remain responsible for material you import, create, process, or share, including having the rights needed to use that material.

AI results

AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. Review results before relying on them, especially for important decisions.

Acceptable use

Do not use Trellisy to violate law, harm others, bypass security, abuse providers, or process content you are not entitled to use.

Points and payments

1 USD equals 1 Point. Top-up amounts are listed before tax; applicable taxes are calculated and added at checkout. Points are delivered to your Trellisy account after server-side payment confirmation, never expire, and may be used only for Trellisy services. Points cannot be withdrawn as cash or transferred.

Refund Policy

Purchases are generally non-refundable, and Trellisy does not provide a user-initiated refund process. Nothing in this policy limits refund rights required by applicable law. Refunds, reversals, or disputes required or imposed by law, Paddle, a card issuer, or a card network are handled according to the applicable external decision.

Availability

Early product features can change, pause, or fail. Keep your own copies of material that is important to you.
